Not yet... saw bomba hydrant installed, electricity not yet... not much progress I would say...

Im buy FE019 infront of Lake. I come a month ago the road still not tar yet. Difficult to me to come because im working at johor Bahru. Could you update the current progress.  Thank you

bought felicia 2 unit..ff075...in front of the playground  .. anyone knows when they will deliver the keys?

called them. apparently they are the main renovation contractor for bandar putera 2 and bandar puteri project. their promo packages are not bad.

last week go spot check my unit felicia..they just started to tar from the middle lot..good sign after little progress since last december..

expected june 2015 but now july edy..last time their office said confirm 3 month before expected..suppose to be march-april la..then now promise after raya or before merdeka..it ok la as long as not year 2020..

i go chit chat with indon there..now i know why late..they said their boss ask them to speed up kristal and later phase..pfftttttttt...

shelby, november for fe2..fe1 is earlier phase few month..now fe1 owner will get key same time with fe2..

mine also Fe 2. if Felicia 1 delay, then what about Felicia 2... I'm curious... 

My owner of my rent house want to increase rent.. cannot wait anymore la.... why the project delay.... grrr...

I brought Felicia2 , they claim to complete the whole thing and pass key on Oct 2015 wor, but then ok lar...............i go there almost every weekend to see the progress , now the road all tar alredi...... my unit is the in the last row of Felicia2 (facing first row of Kristal).......
Weather so hot lately , the water in the lake also shrink dy , sampah sarap can be see ler............
Can any one share the renovation package ar? coz some one send me a sms says that they are having promotion renovation package for Felicia buyer.
