Hi, the expectated completion of Basella supposed to be on March 2012, but the CF just issued on end of April 2012. Will the developer compensate due to the late completion?

If i'm not mistaken, the S & P did not mentioned completion date. Let say , the term say 2 years. Then the developer start to compensate from the date of you signing the document. (calculate 2 year from there)

just got the house key today... already check the house, got a few minor defect.. but nothing major...

really need to move by end of this month b4 my wife deliver my 2nd child.

saw a banner about registration for persatuan penduduk but miss the date... will contact the person incharge later.

Understand there might be some delay..maybe on Dec 12 instead of Sept 12

nop...but my S&P stated is on Nov 2012 for the hand over...why there will be adelay when everything is completed long time ago....is there any one can confirm about this?

Added on July 3, 2012, 3:34 pmwhen there last Sunday ..ronda ronda my hse there....saw a contractor and chit chat with him..he told me that the hse key hand over will be roughly around end of Oct or early of November.he say he got his new from insider.
