Yeah!....Bank has released $$$ but developer not yet receive the $$$. Anyway, according to them appointment to collect key has full till 23 Sept. So tomorrow need to call again to double check if they receive payment & make appointment.
Wonder why no one post feedback on collect key & check defect. (so far only see 1 response)

haha...no need to jealous. you will get the key soon as well. Well, just checked with developer, they not yet receive $$$ yet. I thought nowaday electronic system should be faster.

Additional info:-
a) 1 day only can take 5 appointments.
b) Each appointment duration is 1 hour and 30 minute.

it is conceal. that's why it is expensive. I saw they do the same for one of the house at Dura. They hack and put the wiring piping inside the wall. Then seal it with cement.
May be that's why it is expensive. Then the compressor is put outside (near to water tank).

Did you engage them for your house renovation as well? How about water heater & other plug point?

u may try to get quoter from other contractor... standard as i know is around RM180 to RM 200 for conceal piping and wiring..

Most quote 180-200 for just 10 feet. Extra is different charges. Still undecided on how ?
