in an emergency setting, in disasters, you do not need 'deep into it' knowledge.......in fact, rescue teams are always paramedics, you do NOT need a fully trained doctor in such work........

bottom line is, you want to be a doctor, with the title.....

try this kind of excuse in a selection interview at a world class med school, you are automatically discarded from the list.......believe me, they can see through you........
