This analysis is all wrong.

1) The HTC Internal storage sucks...probably left 400MB to 500MB for internal user data. It is an Android pitfall...The Nexus S probably have over 1GB for internal app/storage like the Galaxy S...external card dun mean shit if your internal app space is full. Iphone probably have no such issues.

2) 8MP vs 5MP...no difference. Only an idiot will buy the MP story in this age. Small crapp image sensor with high Megapixel does nothing but creates more noise. HTC is known for crappy cameras. Samsung generally have superior phone cameras.

3) Hummingbird with 540 pawns the Qualcomm with Adreno 205.

The only real advantage i can think of is the 720p video recording, but if it's crappy like the HTC Desire 720p recording, then it's useless.

The only real advantage ever with HTC phones is the Sense UI....they simply cannot compete on specs with other phones.

1) When u use one, then u'll know...it's one of the Android's worst problem...you simply can't install anything once internal storage is full with apps and data cache.
2) yes, but HTC is super suck. I've used Samsung Omnia 2, SAmsung Wave 2 and HTC Desire. Samsung photos simply pawns all HTC including DHD. HTC camera tends to give bad color reproduction...red turns to purple...just plain bad.
3) Actually, 24fps video is pretty ok. Not sure about the IS, but my desire is hopeless in 720p....it lags in recording....useless. Compared to the butter smooth 30fps Wave 2....no fight at all.

But if you talk about overall usage experience, HTC Sense is still the best.

DHD can read flash, can IS read flash?

i saw the review for both units. IS is almost same as DHD but just slight difference.

I don't think it has anything to do with OS; the Galaxy S when shipped with 2.1 can do video calls. This was almost a year ago. Of course Nokia phones have been doing this for years now.

The htc Incredible back plastic cover is worse than Galaxy S. It is very soft and fragile - taking it off I worry it will break , not well designed

Yes or not depends... i took data plan from maxis... as i need to check mails on the go... there is a lot of place got wifi but is it worth or not, that is individual preference...

wait, so the sound is not loud?Not like the touch pro 2?If this compare to Galaxy S, which one is louder?Coz I'm considering getting this next week.

haha.same.I'm now confused to save RM 200 more to get this phone or just get the samsung galaxy captivate or vibrant and sl.But captivate has aluminium build compare to other sgs.But I prefer Incredible for it's looks and etc.Especially that rotating touch sensitive buttons(viewing pics and browsing the net)

wah RM 68...kinda expensive if not include monthly calls.I'm still a student.Never use plan at all.Just worry if I buy this phone using my maxis prepaid on it will drain my credit like my previous HTC magic and Hero.

oh I see.3gb quota.I just only update my email that's all.Sometimes go on wifi if seriously needed the net.but let say if I use less data, would they charge me less or just the actual price they offer for the plan?If too complicated then I just have to consider saving extra and get the sis by next month rather than ap.And RM 68 plan, how many hours for talktime do they offer?

i check the plan for DHD before, pay RM68 for unlimited net surf, not including call, sms, mms bla bla...
not like i phone plan, u pay certain amount, including internet+free calls+free sms+free mms...
so for me, the plan is not so interesting.
