On the paper which the card is attached, the top part states "this portion must be signed and returned immediately", is this necessary?

hi, when do we normally receive the brochures/booklets etc for the carD? i havent receive them leh...

If there are any promotions only for new card, u will get it when u get ur card.

For normal monthly promotion u will get it on the next billing statement.

Just back from KLCC C.Card counter. My information is not complete after waiting for the 2 month. They told me, by next week I can get my C.Card after submit the relevant document. The Agent not even contact me and let me know this problem...

Just want to remind all of you. JUST got to card center / Maybank C.Card Counter apply is the best........ Within 10days will done it.

They are talking about the Amex weekend 5% cash back bonus..

Max cap of RM50/month, so to fully utilise the RM50/month cap, u will need to use RM1000 on weekend.

I tot booklet, which has the info abt the card etc, wil be sent when we receive our new card?

I get a small booklet and a recycle bag from Maybank branch upon receiving my card, it's just a T&C booklet(BM and BI) on how to use your credit card.

I have a mbb classic cc and want to change to this card.
Did i need to fresh submit the new form or can ask for upgrade to this card. And i planned to terminate mbb cc if they dont want to accept it. Hehehe... I already use mbb cc for 5years and never have late payment....

Email to mbbcardservices@maybank.com.my but expect atleast 1 week for reply..

Receive call that unable to send to my home.
Ask me go branch pick up instead.
Yawn... disappointed service.
