Where do you find retail selling at USD45? Amazon doesn't count. Retail here is RM159

PS: The game is 50 bucks US. variations are due to discounts or other factors(like Amazon)

EDIT: Wait I posted in the wrong thread about the wrong game. Anyway, Homefront might have issues. The publishers has had issues with stock lately and the distributer hasn't said anything much. Patience, or buy digitally.

That is not always the case. If there is stock specific for this region we can get below US pricing. Like EA games.

something i like about EA, they tend to keep their pricing at $43 for Asia regions even with digital downloads. Activision on the other hand... grrr.

might be getting this for x360 since pc version is attached to steam

Don't buy this game for full price. Its not worth it. Even MP also is cheap rip off of COD. At least Crysis 2 rip off plays much better. Buy this only at sales time.

bought the game, its sort of okay. didnt touch sp, but mp its like bf2 with gun shoting like lasors and you get killed only in 2 bullets.

owh you can kill a camping sniper at the end of the map using smg lol.

Snipers are unbelievably annoying in MP, since it's like COD, on a bigger map. MP really feels like BFBC2. But animation is stiffer. Also, no bullet penetration, I think.

In SP, kinda ok. I thought the beginning of the game felt like Freedom Fighter and HalfLife2, except Freedom Fighter does it better, I think. Oh ya. AI for your squadmates can be unbelievably stupid. Won't even yell if there's a nade, no suppressive fire, won't cover your butt if an enemy's shooting up your back. And relies on the player to do most of the killing. Enemy AI is kinda disappointing also. It felt a lot like shooting zombies instead of going up against the military. No squad tactics.

Maybe there's a reason for not releasing a demo tongue.gif

But yeah, I feel underwhelmed when playing this game. Don't get why some reviews say that the SP is intense and gripping though. There are some minor neat moments, but it's nothing close to what you get from MW2 or even Black Ops. Plus one of the major character just keeps spewing foul language that it just makes him annoying and juvenile.

Tip of the day for SP: Whenever your teammates tells you to do X and they'll cover you, they're lying.

only positive thing is the in-game profanity
