"By swiping minimum 12x the annual fee of RM68 for principal card is waived"

does this apply to monthly auto debit insurance for the year = 12 swipes?
*
Better call a few CS to confirm.
Which OCBC Card are you referring to with RM68 AF ?

OCBC Titanium mastercard

Using OCBC Titanium to pay insurance "waste" cash rebates only.... since you only get 1% cash back.
I use another cash-back card for insurance premium auto-debit

Did some internet transactions via those group coupon websites recently and some of them gave me 5% rebate. Surprisingly, my rebate maxed out to RM50 and more. If i'm not mistaken they were for some food deals with the description "IPAY 88 KUALA LUMPUR MYS". Had confirmed this with customer service of OCBC as well.
*
You mean not all gives 5% rebate ?

Can u explain more detail about OCBC iQ Basic? After reading their website, I don't really understand. Is this a current account? or a saving+protection plan?

can i pay insurance premium via OUB payonline to enjoy the 1% cashback? Or i have to sanction an auto debit with the bank?
*
Is the insurance company listed under OUB PayOnline ?
Why not you subscribe to your insurance Auto-debit directly using your OCBC Titanium to get 1% ?

*
Did you call the OCBC CS to re-confirm ?
In that case, your future month's Celebrity Fitness will be changed back to 1% once OCBC realise the mistake.

Nope, both annual fee charged posted and waiver credited together in the same day, sorry if there was any confusion.
*
Mine's should appear this week... let's see if the
1. Annual Fee is waived
2. Annual Usage Bonus of RM50 (to waive GST)

since I spent >RM20k on the OCBC within 1 year.

Mine appeared in the latest statement a few days ago. It was billed on the same day as the Usage Bonus, though it was hidden from Unbilled Transactions until the statement came out  hmm.gif
*
I guess I'll wait for the next few days (= Statement Date) to see the GST.
