If I buy men shirt and shoes at Jusco, is it 1% or 5% rebate?
*
Normally it would be 1% Cash Back as Jusco is not part of Grocery's MCC code

does the tmonline website (payment for tm bill and streamyx) requires mastercard OCBC 3D Secure code  ?
*
It will prompt for the usual OTP (SMS/from hardware dongle) just like you logged on to OCBC Internet Banking. No separate 3DSecure code.

let me rephrase, in order to sign up, i nid to wait for the letter with OTP first only i can sign up right?
*
You wait for the PIN number which is send to your OCBC billing address.
OTP is generated on-the-fly, and use once for one transaction only.

From what i know..
OCBC Titanium if you spend RM10,000 a year with it, they will absorb the RM50 government tax. How about the upfront Rm50 GST once the card is approved? Any ways to waive that ?
*
You have to pay RM50 to enjoy the total RM600 (12xRM50 per month) of rebates lah...

Special cash back promotion T&C... sad I don't get to participate

1.OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad ("OCBC Bank") "RM50 Cash Bonus Promotion" ("Promotion") is open to selected OCBC Bank Principal and Supplementary Credit Card members (Cardmembers") who are in good standing. Participation is determined by OCBC Bank at its sole and absolute discretion.

Aiks, so many competitors. Btw, it is based on posting date & transaction date?
*
Usually transaction dates... something "firmly" shown on the CC slip.

mind to share some tips?  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif

Put all your transactions into an Excel file to calculate the rebates based on the merchant we list on the first post or best guess.

Since no one posted this info yet:

The RM50 monthly maximum cash rebate cap is based on accumulation of changers within your billing cycle. Not calender month basis.

You will just entitle for a maximum RM50/month if it under any of those 4 categories, else u should be entitled of RM20 cash rebates (1%)
*
As of 1 Jan 2011 onwards, there's no such thing as RM20 cash-back for 1%. It's now RM50 for both 5% and 1% category merchants..

Because I wanted to try.
Everyone comes here to ask (do i enjoy 5% cashback if pay bills via PayOnline), but in fact no one can answer. I saw this question many times already. So I decided to try.

OK, now I knew paying utility bills via PayOnline is entitled to 5% cashback by Ocbc Ti, then got a lot of ppl come and ask me 'why not use ocbc online? Why take d risk losing 5% cashback'.
*
thanks for your effort to test out TM and TNB to pay using OCBC Titanium via UOB PayOnline portal

Today I made payment using TMonline and did not receive the OTP either. WOW  rclxub.gif

Payment via TMOnline won't get OTP as TM will process it by batch manually. That's why they requested for the CVV code

to the TS,

pls remove Alpha Pharmacy from 5% category as I recently found out that it no longer entitles me to 5% cashback. It's easy to notice, because I charged big amt at the said pharmacy and I thought I reached quota already. Until the statement came out, I knew things have changed.
*
Done... could it be your mis-calculation previously ?
