Using OCBC Titanium mostly getting full RM50 rebate every month with combination of 1% & 5% rebates, but as it is automatically reduced from the monthly statement, sometimes I don't feel the effect of the rebate as still have to pay the average RM1000 spending.

HAHAHA... then you are better suited to use Hong Leong Fortune or Citibank Cash-Back, which loves to accumulate cash-backs.

Looks like after this will continue back my canceling spree when the cards near 1 year 1...

My cancel list

1) AMB carz  car after the 25% or 20% oni got 2% cash back

2) RHB Tesco Card canceling this year but waive my GST and ask me use 1 more yr, actually if it just for Tesco it is higher than any 2% credit cash back credit card

3) Alliance bank platinum just goin cancel when nearing a year after no more lump sum spending above 2500 - 5000 in a month spending swipe anywhere get 2% ( card on the way, just wanna take the couple watch, RM 80 & GST waive if got BT or others)

4) Maybe UOB, actually just good for BHP and GSC.....

Dont get tricked by RHB Tesco card, the rebate is only 40% of your Tesco total spending whereas other credit cards are 100% of Tesco spending.

if you spent RM100 with RHB Tesco, only RM40 is subjected to rebate, 2% rebate = RM0.80
if you spent RM100 with Citi Cash Back or UOB 1 card, RM100 is subjected to rebate, 2 % rebate = RM2.
Of course OCBC Titanium =RM5

LoL....just for some sharing purpose - there was this once, I think a few weeks back. I did my regular monthly grocery shopping at TESCO. a overflowing full load of stuffs on me trolley. As I was putting the stuffs into them plastics bags while the cashier was scanning the items....I sensed there was this RHB CC Salesperson was on stand-by mode waiting for me to finish doing my packing & paying so that he can start blabbering about the RHB-TESCO CC. The moment he saw me pulling out the OCBC Ti MC, he just turned around and when sitting back in his booth... tongue.gif

40% of total RHB -Tesco spending is subjected to rebate and I wasnt aware about this when I first signed up. There is also a max limit claimable every month. Now OCBC Titanium has replaced my RHB card spending at Tesco
