My apologies.... notworthy.gif

Well, I emailed it straight to the CS Consultant thus it was easy to communicate in the event there's additional documents needed or newer ones that had to be re-sent....and that's why I inquired & suggested to email it instead...

Well, I beg to differ. I got the email straight from the CS after I made an online registration on intend to apply. I first received the call from the CS afterwhich (as I quoted previously) the CS emailed me (with his OCBC mail address) the application forms & etc and requested me to mail it back to him - which was exactly what I did.

Thus, that's what I was requesting the enquirer to do. Mail it back to the person which called him so that he (the handling Credit Card CS consultant) would be able to assess if the documents are clear & feasible to be sent for approval.

I guess that is the different between apply through online registration. Last time i apply though my IQ OCBC manager. He help me to submit to credit card department, but the process is too slow. so if anyone out there wanna apply for it, better through apply online.

Do you know how many days the transaction of credit card will show in my account, i still cant find some of the record i swipe.

For those you might be interested to apply directly through the Credit Card Department...buzz me...

The guy who handled my application says he can get it done faster than the normal process (providing all your documents are intact & you go no bad financial records that is...)

Hi all,

TM via TMOnline
TM via UOB PayOnline

I have a question here. I tried to pay for my Streamyx account. I tried using the OCBC online system itself and also Payonline website.

But it seems like both system does not accept my Streamyx Acc No. I chosed Telekom Malaysia option, then i key in my Acc No which is Dxxxxxxx number.

The thing is, my house phone bill and my Streamyx is separate bill. So does that mean i cannot pay my streamyx bill online ?

any help?

doesn't seem to work for me.
thanks.
