There are still a few units left (Semi-D and Bungalow) when I went over
about 2 weeks ago to TP.

Is it type B1 or B2? Look like getting more unit Sold.

B1 and B2 at that particular time , if my memory does not fail me left very limited units. At that particular time , there were more type Cs still available

Type C1 or C2? what is the launching price? The sales agent still give discount?

Means during construction time no need to pay installment?
Now TP still have under construction phase?
Last i visit there, all already ready ler.

Sorry, cannot recall the price but definitely above RM1.6m.

Bro, for house above 1.6m do you consider 50K or 75K as discount? (LOL)

Anyway, TP is definitely our first choice but considering the price we still undecided yet ! FYI, we've visited and seen JH, Nadayu92, Mutiara Villa, Tropicana Cheras and a host of others .....and TP wins hands-down in term of security, access, resort-like living, etc. Negative points .......you need to stock up your fridge, like bro Twins9 used to mention !

Yes. DIBS means u need not to pay a cents during construction period.

But, dun think TP got DIBS.

They are launching last phase for Maya type.

ok, last time the sales agent told me got 75k discount. They call it discount any way. But, buyer got to pay bank loan agreement.

Seem like most of the ppl choose TP because of the same reason. Actually JH is nice too. Did u consider JH?

JH a bit "out" for us, my wife complained "too far". Actually, it's quite a nice place too. But going through the "kilang-kilang" road is a bit "off" too

Yeah, I'm from Cheras....in fact have been living here for nearly half a century ! (LOL)

Now the Semi-D already going with that price, for us that want to upgrade in future also will face problems ...

Just wondering, any show units? Is it the sales office still near the pool area? Probably just go there see see look look (won't be able to buy for now anyway).

Nowaday, still can get cristal clear water in KL? Not sure how is TP bungalow side. Heard there will have 2 stream which is part of the selling point. Will that be yellowish stream too?

Yeah....a lot of people who went to TP to look see look see end up buying a unit ! Better don't go look-see-look-see ! (LOL) After look-see-look-see pocket/wallet immediately lighter or rather bank account vanish so many ZEROs !! Don't say I never warn you guys !!

I recalled the day when I went over there, this young couple (I reckoned in their late 20s or early 30s) went over to pay deposit ! Phew ! Why got so many people born with silver (or rather golden) spoon ?

The sales office is beside the pool area and that's a positive sales pointer!

Isn't that means the sales is quite bad, as still have available units after the launch 1 year ago? Some more the total unit is quite limited, right?

Added on August 7, 2012, 2:20 pmThe sales is definitely not in BBB mode like other projects, partly because lack of aggressive marketing, attractive buying terms such as DIBS, need to pay toll whenever exiting your home. However, you can't deny their design and setup of the entire neighbourhood is top notch. IMHO, just a handful of G&G which is at the par with TP in KV.

Maya was launch staggered with phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3. Most of phase 1 unit taken up, phase 2 also don't leave much and not sure about phase 3. Maybe someone can update how is the phase 3 sales.

I got 2 fridges and a big freezer so I only shop once a week but I still go out daily....no savings on toll....lol..

Just went out to market for breakfast and bought 20 bags of soil for garden....still not enough! I guess I have bought 100 bags or more of soil already!
