check where is the crack.
non structural crack- wall, structural crack - column/beam/slab.
However wall cracks can due to may reasons such as workmanship/plaster crack/structure deformation.
as long as not due to structure deformation then it is safe.

Not Wrong whole development total units around 600 units houses
Completed units I think round 400 - 500 units
I think got another enclave yet launch which next to TP presint 1

its more like a renovation loan with good interest rate... lolz... usually renovation loan quite close to personal loan rates...

no....

lets say the value of the house as valued by bank is 2mio. The developer intends to sell at 2mio or already sold at 2mio.

however at current market now, nobody will find the selling price (= spa price) is reasonable price to buy.

therefore the developer offers you 300k cash back off SPA price of 2mio. Effectively the house is 1,7mio eventhough spa price is 2mio.

therefore you still need to loan the balance of 2mio spa price and pay for it.

the good thing is when the house is vped, and the actual market price is 2mio or more, then you can sell at cost, but already pocketed 300k.

the bad thing is when the house is vped, the actual market price is 1.7mio, you will be advancing 300k from bank and will need to pay back for the duration of loan.

They sell at the same price even before this promo is out.

Well selling property is unlike selling any other products.

Its mot likr cost+ x% of markup....

Selling property is like selling as close as market price....doesnt matter what cost you have.....

Depends on what u r going to do with 300k.
If u reinvest 300k and make 10%.... its a very good deal.

Just 300k itself with low interest is a superb deal already.
Unless you can tell me any other loan can an individual get with this loan amount at 5% interest p.a.
