Not Wrong whole development total units around 600 units houses Completed units I think round 400 - 500 units I think got another enclave yet launch which next to TP presint 1

Actually developer office have this presentation master plan already . Not sure u aware this upon purchase ur unit . If bungalow not laku . Proposed to build bungalow also no use . n superlink not bad too atleast the land not to leave it empty Attached thumbnail(s)

Not an issue without shop in this area in fact the distance n duration time from TP to BmC commercial is faster than From Palmwalk 3 area to BMC . And also faster to reach Cheras trade Centre or C180

so far still cant confirms they come in from which side..perimeter have barbe wire and high secuirty fencing too  residents need to take precaution in future then
