Beside the architecture issues, may i know is there any Master Or PHD in urban and regional planning (lecture mode) part time study provide in kl area? if yes, may i know which local university / private universities has provide this classes? and when is the application date?

I knew UTM in Johor has provide this kind study, but it is a best if UTM KL also have this classes

Free very appreciate if you able to share me all this information even this topic is not under architecture. I really need to know it and plan for my future.
