Yup, was there yesterday afternoon. Like what UFO-ET observed the material used is quite bad and the design too ! It was really spacious for semi-d corner unit and enjoy the windy environment too. Well, must say the satays served were very tasty ! I thought I was in Kajang ! Price is @ 1.2mil for non-bumi.

The master room is the biggest joke afterall...
I kept asking why.why.why???
The model house looks ok, brochure picture also ok a bit, but the real show hse spoil everything.

just back from my jog.
not that bad lah.
porcelain tiles 2x2. high door height.
but i dislike the timber flooring, wondering whether it's finished product or not. some doors too tall and lacks width especially doors leading to bathroom.
some of the layout could be better. sharing of bath is a big turn off for me.
ceiling were exceptionally high especially in the bathroom. i think the standard 5 feet staircase also you cannot change light bulb. no joke. ac bill gonna be high to power it.
switches are ichiban - full flat type.
give free solar heater and security system. not bad.
will try to upload pics tmrw.

how's the bunch of shoplots?
i remember tonnes of 2/3/4 storey shoplots under construction selling at RM800k onwards up to approx RM2mil, right?
think should be almost complete by now.
any updates on mahsing's giza wanna be?
the bungalows and semi-d is a steal. anybody bought any?

fast forward now May 2013, any owner's /prospect buyer got latest news or having done any sort of research on this area, security improved? Leasehold is expiring when?

Hope SifuX2 and frens can share some notes

each parcel would expire in different tenure. so depends on which phase specifically you are asking.
give or take, the fastest to expiry would still be at least 70 years from now i guess.

help institute would commence first intake for Jan 2014.

last time people thought i was joking when i mentioned i intend to market my unit for 470k. now i think 550k also would be gone in days. rclxm9.gif

Is a very quiet corner of klang university. If dash highway passes by this area, it certainly brings spillover effect, i jz wonder why this area for help uni to move from affluent area to another side of city.
