If anything, if you emailed in your team's registration, you'll be informed via email for confirmation or if you didnt submit in the correct details and need to resubmit.

If you can log into a forum to post, I dont see how difficult it is to email us directly instead.

If you mean he is banned, then yes he is banned. We cannot allow players who have won before to win again, im sorry. Not for this tournament at least.

REMINDER TO PLAYERS BELOW THE AGE OF 16.

In order to complete your registration, ALL PLAYERS BELOW THE AGE OF 16 must fill in the form attached to this email.
Please PRINT, FILL IN THE DETAILS and BRING IT ALONG TO THE TOURNAMENT or any players below that age will not be allowed to play.
The parent/Guardian must sign on their behalf to allow them to play. Do note that guardians MUST be at least 21 years of age and preferably family.

BANNED PLAYERS WARNING
You have until the end of 1st of April to change your roster. Any attempt to cheat the system will result in a FULL TEAM PERMANENT BAN - ALL PLAYERS INVOLVED from Blitzone Tournaments. Ensure they are replaced, registered and completed before the end of April 1st 2011.
There are plenty of DoTA tournaments for these players to participate in, therefore there are no reasons for them to not comply to these rules. To retain a fair environment on all levels, we must be extremely strict with this ruling so that everyone will have a chance to win, gain experience and exposure to compete in larger tournaments in the future. This will help in sustaining your community.

As per on the instructions on the first post:

Complete details of each and every team member, including substitutions (if any) must be submitted. Sending in just one fellar's details is not considered a complete registration. Incomplete registrations will be considered null and void.

Registration will close on 31th of March 2011, at 11:55PM.

There were never any registration forms for this tournament. The only way to register was through email. Even the posters that were put up said, to register, email us. So really, just what are these forms are you referring to here?
