We have to be strict as we do not want another incident that happened in a recent major tournament.

Also, it would not be fair to the other players and teams that followed the instructions and registered properly within the deadline.

I'm sorry you feel that way about a FREE tournament and the fact that you didnt follow the rules which are clearly stated here - i'd prefer to hear from people who DID complete their registrations properly and not someone who didn't bother.
