If you are refering to CIA SAD Night ops version 1.0 I would say both figures are equally good, it comes down to how much gears you really like on each of the two. One is based on actual marvel movie character while the other is based on CIA's special activities division. If you ask me to take a pick, I would go for CIA SAD 1.0 since it was the first figure that thought me how to assembled and fully gear a military 12-inch. You can get directly from EB at less than RM100 each provided you buy 4 to 5 bodies.
