once you pass your validity date without topping up, just dial *122# and the line termination date will be stated there.

the grace is still 90 days for most plans, as far as I know.

however, there was one hotlink plan that gives 90 days validity for RM5 topup, and that plan had no grace period at all. it means the line would be cut immediately upon expiry of the topup validity period if no further topup is done. i'm not sure if maxis still practising that, as many customer lost their line unexpectedly.

It's called Validity365 these days, under Hotlink Specials > Validity

However, it's not available on all Hotlink plans.

The basic fee is RM33 and there is a second requirement on top of that to topup at least RM30 over the following six months.

Your bf can subscribe himself, from the *100# menu (which can be used for free on most, though not all, overseas networks) and provided he has enough credit.

Your line is in the process of being terminated. Go to Maxis Centre urgently. They may still allow you to top up. If not, they will offer you to convert to postpaid plan as the only way to keep your number.

DG prepaid credit limit is RM25,000.00

Yes, this is correct. The cost of the free internet is effectively RM1/day in top up. Exactly the same cost as DG Easy Buddyz calls and free U-to-U calls.

The grace period under the new plan is only 50 days. After that, line will be terminated.

10 days only, with 50 days grace period.

Yup, that 90-days-for-any-top-up plan is worth keeping. Good deal for light users.

Hotlink got Halloween treat. Buy MI for RM3 and get 500MB, 1GB or 1.5GB according to your luck. As I understand it, it's a daily pass.

as far as I know, the old plans are no longer available for new activations or port-ins, which all land on the new #hotlink plan. it's best you contact or visit maxis to confirm on any other options.
