Hi life,
I know I need to get a plumber. Just I want understand whether someone have experience this before. I don't to get conned by the plumber.
Does anyone know what is the roughly cost to repair blockage or leakage? I think it is not water pressure issue as my other water working fine.

Check the water pressure at the tap directly after the water meter outside (garden tap), if the pressure there is strong should be blocked taps in the house. If you have taps in the house that has wire mesh filter at the mouth of the taps...try unscrewing the wire mesh connector and turn on the tap, if the pressure is good...clean the wire mesh connector.

On standard.. kitchen tap is direct from the source (water meter).. the rest are from your house tank.
There will be different in pressure if 2-storey house between upstairs & downstairs.
Check yourself for every tap.
Yes to gain high pressure, install the pump.

Ever wonder Syabas could solve your mystery?
My incoming water pressure was low , the old pipe was probably full of muds .. called up syabas, they came in 2 days later to replace a new pipe which was routed from the main pipe underneath the main road outside my house.. That solved the mystery after 15 years and my pressure pump is logically 'useless' now sitting next to my tangki lolll..

Actually others water tap are working fine, just one of the them have problem. I think it could be leakage or blocking to that water tap.
I will try to clean to wire mesh first ..
Added on March 9, 2011, 10:09 pmtake out wire mesh connector, the water pressure for that particular still very low ...

Where is the source of the water? is it from the water tank or direct? Check the direct water pressure first, it can be found if you have water pipe outside your house. if its slow, then the main water pressure is slow.
or maybe there is water bubble accumulating inside the pipe, try open all the tap that connects the same pipe?

Its confirm that it has something to do with your tap. Blockage maybe? Bubble means that there is air in the pipe
