Yea Muscle Mania is always like that, doesnt reply until last min, doesnt pick up, basically doesnt reply..even with Whatsapp, he doesn't reply too..

His new outlet at Damansara is opening soon, hopefully can call the shop and ask instead asking that guy..

In this community and biz, we should support each other maaaaa.... "tio boh"? (Correct or not brothers?)

Hi NutritionPro, like I said I'm a noob in your kinda supps, because you mentioned (highlighted above), quality mass NOT FAT. When it's not FAT, it means "should be" all muscles, if not muscles then it would be WATER and SH*T, right? Who can establish our MACRO partitioning able to determine whatever we consume will be a quality mass? MASS = Weight as in this case (minus the gravity). So again when you say Quality Mass Not Fat, I am still curious.

By the way are you in Cutting or Bulking phase? I want to gain only 3kg of solid muscles. Advise me how much to take smile.gif
