I bought from them on the 13th on January.

They said I would get my coupon voucher soon.

16th I called, they said OK *confirmed my email* and said they send

Didn't get

17th Their courier called me said they would send

Didn't send

18th I called them why didn't send, they said their van broke down. Said coming today.

Didn't come

19th I called what's wrong, they said own, they had to wait for the promotion to end.

Then I called and asked when are they going to send the coupon voucher to me.

I was previously surprised that they didn't send me the voucher and was already sending me my myofusion.

Screw it, next week already CNY so give it up.

31st I send supplement malaysia email, they said I need send them voucher.

I called mydeal to send me, again didn't send.

2nd Feb still didn't send I screw them on the phone, and they told me own sorry we send to the wrong email.

Quickly forward it to supplement malaysia. They said didn't receive and said only can ship out when I send them the voucher. I resend them again.

3rd Feb which is today, they didn't even reply me, I send email to them if they received and they replied.

Item already left our warehouse.

Case of bad luck I suppose. I bought the same thing, got my voucher immediately after I purchased it via online bank in.

Sent email with voucher attached to supplement malaysia, but no confirmation email reply. Waited a few days then mailed to two emails, one listed at the website, one more from the voucher.

Got a confirmation email about thirty mins later. Stated the date of delivery.

Got my package with the free shaker I think at 27th jan if not mistaken.

Imo your complications started when they didn't send you the voucher. Probably should have called mydeal earlie because vouchers are usually immediately sent.
