Then just eat all the proteins like eggs, chicken, beef, fish etc. Not necessary to take protein powder if you can eat enough real food.

Are you just starting gym? Then it might be because of that. Or you are not eating enough for recovery.

I wanted to buy as well.. Thought of getting a few bottles of madre labs. Not too sure about the customs. The last time (2 years) I bought quite a few stuff including 4 bottles of fish oil supplement and it all went through without any issue.

ur fish oil is for maintenance or for cardiovascular issue?

maintenance , or rather for the nutritional benefit as I don't eat a lot of omega3/6 enriched food.

Yours is quite high in EPA, and i was looking for something that has higher EPA as well. What is your reason for requiring a higher dose of EPA?
