heavy enough for u to only do 6-8 reps. not heavy for the big guys.

muscle growth is about good form and poundages.

watever it is, i just wanted to point out that protein is protein. based on his points, he should have some experience in supplementations. so fair enough.

most newbies often do the same mistake, which is to go with the famous brand, which more often than not, the most expensive of the lot and only to find out later, other cheaper brands are equally effective.
