i've had my eyes on galaxy s for a while, but seems like sl is cheaper but not so much down graded quality. can someone help me decide between galaxy s (now that the price drops) and nexus s?

i like nexus s coz it really has no lag, at all. i've tried galaxy s but it has lags, which i have no patience for. but nexus is more expensive and considering now the price will not drop. also, i heard samsung is slow on releasing android updates. will i be having this problem if i go with galaxy s? i'm not that expert at rooting phones but very keen on trying new things. also, i like a phone that can do everything when i need it without lagging.

when i choose a phone, i stick with it for a long time. now looking to replace my 3 yr-old SE P1i. arrggh!!! go crazy thinking about it!!

wah RM1199 is sure cheap..anyone can double confirm this price? got link or contact to confirm this?

well my area d senheng no ready stock so need 2 wait (other dunno coz those would be really far from my place) ..........i order it with rm hundred deposit n waiting now(wan d fon now so desperately XD)

if ya got work got income y not jus wait for som huge upgrade fon like samsung galaxys2 coz galaxy s2 price will be around 2k++ jus 1or2hundred different wif dualcore processor........... single core nexus s is no match for it

but if u wan som affordable fon thatworth single cent den is galaxy sl........... galaxy s will still be rm300++ different after price drop(wohooo i saverm500 plus after wait for 2 month...... really worth d wait )

can't help u coz i dunno where u live but wat i can sure is as long as d senheng got PC(connect latest update) den they will able to order d fon for u..... system won't lie

I just called sengheng branch near my place, they said the price for SGSL is RM1299,
and maybe some ppl said the price RM1199 is after the rebet from RM100 voucher(for a member)
seem like a good deal.

yea change d new fon .............. more internal memory + superp mid range fon(once galaxy s is best fon until got dual core phone nw)
well malaysia here d unit dun provide hdmi cable jus like nokia 5800 where other country also got but here dun hav.......... mayb u hav to buy seperately..... what is it for actually??
well when u turn off its internet connection or else den is off9 gps........... google it den u'll know how to set it(in fact any fon with agsps also shud hav d... general knowledge )

Wow the thread is so HOT now, but too bad I have purchased the phone for RM1699 that time haha but already enjoyed the phone for almost 2months until now it has no problem at all. FUHHHHH. THE price is so tempting rite now. huh!

its like you have a pc with administrator account(rooted) and guest account(non rooted),
with admin(rooted) account you can basically do anything with the system. non-roted account got very limited access to much of the system.

YEAH! Get it right now if not maybe the price will rise back haha. Just incase
