Erm.. answer can be both i think. They will tell the percentage but the amount is always RM500-700.
I think they use fixed amount n convert it to percentage later.

Well, I'm working in entertainment company and I help them to handle their employees. Honestly, I don't like the working environment but I think they pay good for fresh graduate. I need to see a good increment after 1 more month or I will leave this company for sure.

Mostly no, but some yes.

Many big companies only hires 2nd Upper or 1st class fresh graduates. If u aims for big companies, then CGPA is important.
You may ask is big companies pay better? the answer is yes and no. Some really pay u well, some jz pay u the standard market rate.

For me, I prefer higher salary because I believe I am a good employee. tongue.gif
I already work very hard during my internship and the boss told me that he willing to pay more to hire a better employee.

Eg. RM3000 to hire a good employee is better than hire 2 employees with RM2000. This is the boss told me.

I was in dilemma weather should i take this offer or not. since Pasir Gudang quite far away from my place and then 10 hour working day including saturday. any advise ?

Need to depends on the benefits as well. New offer got EPF?

I jz do a simple calculation as ur reference.

I assume u work 20days per month. RM3200 / 20 = RM160 per day.

Assume RM160 = 8 working hours, 1 hour = RM20
2 additional working hours = RM40

Ur new offer work 26 days.
26 days x RM160 = 4160
26 days x 2 additional working hours = 52 hours * RM20 = RM1040
RM4160 + RM1040 = RM5200

RM6500 > RM5200. So for me, I prefer RM6500. Besides that, after 3 years, I can request higher salary again.

anyone know what is the salary range for graphic designer, art director n creative director?

I always heard from my friends, their salary is low. Even art director only earning 4k.

I feel no worth it due to no bonus and 12 days AL...

Of course new offer salary is higher but I dun believe a good company only give 12 days AL.
2.5 months almost equals 20% more of ur salary so u only get extra 28% more. If included extra 6% EPF n extra 12 days leave, u only get less than 20% more...

Im in IT, not from EE.

My salary quite similar with u but only 1st job got 2 months bonus, others no bonus.
Salary from:
Year 1 - 2.2k
Year 2 - 2.8k
Year 3 - 3.3k -> 3.8k
Year 4 - 5k
