You seem keep humiliating those are earning less then 4k people. We know you are lucky to earn above industry average in the young age, & in a junior position.
Please note I'm not in less then 4k salary category, I earn >5k in a O&G MNC as a permanent staff with superb benefit.
In some field your starting maybe higher, but you hardly move to upper level due to the limitation of the industry(eg IT, Medical & etc).
Myself from Finance & Accounting, most fresh auditor don't even have 2k, but after 3-5 yrs thier salary may double or triple. So please don't keep comparing currently how much you earn, but think about your career prospect in 5-10 years time. FYI, my salary had triple after 4 years, and I don't see there is a reason it will stop there.
Company pay your salary base on your contribution & experience, if you want to move up, please polish your skill & give contribution to company. I believe @fruitie(HR Practitioner) know these much better then me.
No, I don't. Why must I humiliate others? Please note I'm not in less then 4k salary category, I earn >5k in a O&G MNC as a permanent staff with superb benefit.

H86 mentions this: "lol.. You sound like you are a senior person.."
To me, senior sounded like more than 35 years ago. That's my own interpretation.
If I were to earn only RM 4.3k at the age of 35 years old, I think something is wrong in me.
It is just different different interpretation. Please don't get me wrong.
My apologies if I sounded like one.
I have known people earn more than me and younger than me. I'm doing payroll for my company, I'm with the 4th lowest salary in the company (if I were to put myself in the permanent list), out of 330 staffs. So should I cry?
