yes, developer still has some unsold units. but the defects liability period is until end of the year only.

I like the townhouse, The Mews. And the environment was splendid.

What holding me back from buying the ready-townhouse was that SDP did not give me the standard defects warranty period for the townhouse. The warranty ends by end of the year. I wonder who will buy a RM1.4mil property which does not have enough defects warranty period.

Now that SDP has a new GM, I heard, all previous promos on the townhouse have been withdrawn. It is puzzling to understand SDP marketing strategy; do they want to sell off their properties or not? SDP must have a very strong financial standing to be able to cope with millions ringgit of unsold units in The Glades. Strange marketing strategy this SDP.

And they are very confident of the sales of the upcoming low rise condo, that the sales will be by ballots. hmm.gif

My office colleague is staying at the Glades, riding a bike to office. Takes him 30-40 mins to reach office.

I love the Glades. Great place to stay. I felt safe when I toured the area. Unfortunately it's too far from KL.

What's the offer price from SimeDarby for the MEWS? I bet there's no more defects liability period.
