QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Jun 12 2015, 11:38 AM) yes GnG is reserved for strata title prop only. Tana is f&g but functionally its a good fng compared to other similar fng projects around. This is a thread about The Glades, is it not?you cant protect your car from sun lah in Malaysia....whether its at work or outside running errands.....cars are made to be basking in sun......and they are supposed to be your slave...not the other way around..... beside by the time you back from work....mana ada strong sun anymore??? Stamp....dun be so rigid.....what to discuss about The Glades except for the high price and high maintenance fee? Create a thread about G&G if want to discuss about G&G. |

I like the townhouse, The Mews. And the environment was splendid.
What holding me back from buying the ready-townhouse was that SDP did not give me the standard defects warranty period for the townhouse. The warranty ends by end of the year. I wonder who will buy a RM1.4mil property which does not have enough defects warranty period. Now that SDP has a new GM, I heard, all previous promos on the townhouse have been withdrawn. It is puzzling to understand SDP marketing strategy; do they want to sell off their properties or not? SDP must have a very strong financial standing to be able to cope with millions ringgit of unsold units in The Glades. Strange marketing strategy this SDP. And they are very confident of the sales of the upcoming low rise condo, that the sales will be by ballots. This post has been edited by Stamp: Oct 5 2015, 02:34 PM |

The Mews, I liked the design. But too far from KL.

QUOTE(jdrock @ Mar 19 2017, 05:45 PM) That's me concern. Why sell below launching? By looking at SimeDarby profile they are not desperate to get rid of the units. I love the Glades. Great place to stay. I felt safe when I toured the area. Unfortunately it's too far from KL. Even the Superlink and semi-d discount is quite substantial. Anyone stay there and has any comment about the area? What's the offer price from SimeDarby for the MEWS? I bet there's no more defects liability period. |

QUOTE(jdrock @ Mar 20 2017, 03:36 PM) Defect liabilities subject for discussion. They agreed to have the extend for another 6 months or longer. Pls PM me, the offer price after rebate. TQ. Current offer price is with additional 15% for the special rebates. And the SA confirmed termite is the issue over at The Glades area. Especially landed units. So please have precaution to have the pest control maintenance yearly. Else your wooden furniture will be in risk after some years. My friend spend another big sum to replace doors, frames, flooring etc after 5 years. It was a big mess to redo the renovation. |
