what edwardgsk said is true. 116 quite ugly taking portrait, group photo or anything human related unless u really want to play real wide.

i never tried 1685 b4 but i used to shoot wedding using 18105 for a years before i swift to 1750. now i normally using single 1750 to shot whole coverage. im not creative as some of here so i dont use wide much.

btw, wedding normally they dont want too sharp picture coz later all jerawat everything will be see. depend on ur luck lor regarding client. i was rejected several time coz of nikon. even got 1 client provide me other camera to shoot their wedding. then u know why i know much about canon and sony right? 

i use 116 more when i wanna shoot like this style

but u know now i am almost full time 1750 user so if u think its not wide enuff, imagine how big a jetty wud be?

no la, up to the lens also.
i got someone using canon 7d blah blah.
got one of his photos can see lots of fine lines etc on the face...had to spend 30mins touching up that photo

anyway everytime i see wedding photo it reminds me Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children 
seems like all the people skin is bright enough and no need device to light up for them, they can light up the environment themselve.

guys, is in-camera high iso noise reduction going to affect the RAW? i got mixed info from internet, hope u guys can highlight me
