Bro, I am one of your customer. Bought hd381f from you 2 months ago. ( u can even see my post on the top of this page).
Bro, the left sound of my earphones now suddenly not functioning anymore. I just bought this earphones for two months, and now already spoil. Can I claim for the warranty? :-( |

You suppose to write on the front page that warranty is only a week. I bought mine just 2 months ago and now suddenly it spoil (left side dont produce sound anymore) and now I cant claim anything. Im very dissapointed with your service.

I am sorry to hear about your spoiled iem but I did inform you during the COD that warranty is one week and if anything wrong you can straight contact me for one to one exchange. Plus I have given you full explanation regarding this matter over the PM. Personally. I wished for longer warranty period as well but I hope you can be understand my dilemma. I will forward your disappointment to distributor.
