Dear TS I bought your superflux last year around October. Now both side of the earphone is not producing any sounds. Does the warranty cover? Not even one year the earphone starts to malfunction.

Sorry to hear about that. I have never shy away from any warranty before but unfortunately as stated on my thread, warranty for superlux products is 1 week period following the official distributor warranty policy. |
