SA said they still need another 1 mth to complete the landscape.
They even said that they will build a demo at islands area to prove / demo the lake water quality will be super nice with their latest technology in next 1-2 mths.
Can't wait to see the actual condition of SEG especially landscape and water quality for islands.

It makes sense. From the pics, i dont think they have done the tree transplant works yet.  they should take time to make  it with wow factors. Property market is now slow, to sell million ringgit property needs more efforts nowadays. The days of sellinh without showrooms or just scaled model are over. BBB days are gone.

The perimeter fencing on the lake is a big turnoff for mainland buyers. I hope they can improve from what they have done on SEP especially on the lake's fencing. The open up of bund is good, at least, residents have a place to hang out with family before the community mall is up. For those who have not been to the site. The lake is pretty small...lol. Those mainlanders who wanna feel the lake should ride ur bike to the lake garden next to seg....no fencing there!

Is it fair to say that this property slowdown actually benefit SEG buyers? SP Setia has no choice but to deliver their best to entice buyers. This will avoid potential shoddy works and not up to par landscape...

Bund ll be under islands' JMB to control. So likely it will not open to the mainland residents. There will be one JMB only to represent all islands and it will cover all maintenance costs of the lake and bund.

Future connection to Puchong is in the scaled masterplan but no date was mentioned on its completion date.

Interchange to MEX already half way. Swimming pool maybe widen in the clubhouse after SPS received feedback from customers. The show units ll be opened next month and the price of this new mainland smd ll be around 2mil.

I saw it from scaled model of its masterplan. Bund there have no parking area etc. It is within islands' paremeter fencing. Commercial area is at different pkot of land in the masterplan. They may only start work in 2016. Now they are surveying and work with setia haruman to see wat sort of commercial required in Cyberjaya since so many malls coming up in ciber. Highrise dev ll be launched maybe next year. After another island parcel launch. I would say the location and the plot of land is not bad as it can have bother view on SEG lake and Cyberjaya lake garden view.

Ya rm 2mil mainland SMD to be launched. Maybe up to rm2mil rather than 2mil+? The clubhouse for smd is nice. Hope same quality for Lui Li garden. Slightly different hammock clubhouse, i was told. Hope as nice as this one.
