LOL! This is called impulsive buying. I don't think you can hear the mini river sound as your unit is not an island unit. However you can expect to hear sound of insects, leaves and chirping birds too.

Anyway, 50 feet is ok ler. If you go to Desa Park City, the distance between inner road and Zenia 3 story is only about 20 feet wihtout sound barrier. Main difference is of course the cars that will pass your house will be going at about 90kmph (left lane of the highway normally they dont go at 110kmph). I believe with good fertilizer you will hear lots of thumping ripe fruits hitting the ground more frequently than crazy speedsters passing your house and they are at the outler lane anyway.

If that is not enough to alleviate your concern, in Tmn Tun Ismail at Lengkok/Persiaran Za'ba or whatever nots, a Semi Dee that cost 3 million plus is located just in front of a main road (inner main road though) and it is < 20 feet to the house. I see cars going at around 70kmph. If they can live in the house peacefully, I don't see why 50 feet is an issue.

why Cyber? because i need decently priced (that's subjective i know) new landed property, connected to all major highways (MEX only 30 minutes to KL where i'm working) and would provide me tons of facilities within short distance of the house (driving range, swimming pools, ERL, being able to cycle around without worrying too much about traffic etc)

so yeah despite the distance, Cyberjaya fits my criteria well...there are closer developments but the price is just out of reach 

so hopefully would be joining you guys (fingers crossed) 

Usually next phase will be another min 10% price increase. Having said that the LV will be ard 1.5mil+ for the intermediate unit.

Ppl may complain cyber is a ghost town but the way I look at it is when so many projects are VP, the population in cyber will exponentially increase so as the commercial activities where there is demand.
I am aiming some commercials in cyber if can get a right pricing.

Note: I remember back at 2012 the most luxury car in cyber was Vios but nowadays you can see BMW, Benz and occasionally Porsche Cayene when having a coffee at shaft bury square. Obviously cyber has changed a lot.

My confident on cyberjaya never changed...based on my 1years++ working experience in cyber & my sense on what rich ppl like    despite the occupancy rate of summerglade is low, but there are many Benz inside la...haha
