Only ask how many units, whether going for ballot again. Not confirm yet.

Land size should be 26 x 85. Not sure 2 @ 2.5 storey.

About the island access, yes it is only for island owners only. Its like different different small GnG area. Mainland owners can access the "BUND area" i think ( at the right side of the whole project ).
