From what I understand no wastewater Or storm water from drainage is allowed to discharge into the lake between islands.
This is to mitigate the same issue that Setia Eco Park facing which the pond is designed as retention pond and exposed to pollution from nearby construction site.
In order to guarantee the water of the lake quality, they complete the drainage system and infra works of the whole site so that no soils will be washed into lake during raining throughout the construction period.
I am confident SEG will have a beautiful lake with fountains.

Why a flipper will flip Rm 1.8/9mil prop if no holding power? It doesn't make sense.

I bought for own stay and long term investment only so flipping is not my style.

According to my mate he saw few durian trees at orchard garden nearby semi D unit 11 and 12.

In order to create a wow effect when ppl entering SEG to sales office, unit 1 to 12 (backing guard house) best to be completed first + landscape.

Jaya grocer is in D Pulze.
A community mall similar to DPC will be built inside SEG but not sure when is that?

Still need more landscape, greenery, water features, fountain (should be one at the entrance post guard house) to make it a really nice place to live.

Btw, No shopping mall doesn't mean it will be like kampung and not all ppl want a mall there also.

So far noticed that the workmanship in SEG is quite good. If can make it faster while maintaining the quality, why slow down? smile.gif of course if delay even better la, can kar Ching 10% late penalty every day. At least some bonus for renovation haha.
