big problem for me.. coz its mthly commitment.. not 1 time pay.. its not 10-50 bucks extra mthly, its few hundred bucks extra mthly.. if base on BU..
i was thinking, this place really for super rich ppl to stay 1... how they can commit to such a high maintenance mthly..

no i didnt buy seg, i told before, wrong info from sa, so i look the other proj... maybe the sa think i'm not a serious buyer, so not so sincere service me..
