even though the price is same for second phase, m sure the BU will be smaller.

i think SP will jack up the price and then give discount.... the unit will still be "affordable" as long as the entry is easy like low down payment, free legal fees, DIBS...

Hahaha. Yalor. If 3-5% no point to buy first phase since following phases the design will be nicer. Think 8-10% will b good.

Developer will build more 2.5 or 3 storey units. same BU but smaller land area. yet selling at higher price.
