Started about 9 month ago. Semi-D close to 2mil. Link houses sold out.

If u compare $ psf, Sejati is higher than SH.

SH link house still a good buy if semi-D is beyond budget.

SEG SA not very good in promoting, good one all run away.

Sejati SA is also quite green.

SH SA is from agency, some are good some are vry lan si.

we need more residential in cyber... if not, really look like silicon valley, very "dry", lol

I know Ascott wanted to buy over Dpulze hotel but boss did not want to sell... so i m hoping Ascott to buy from me if the business is good. And the mall also, capitaland alwas eyeing at neighbourhood mall... evern ARA non stop buying Malaysian malls.

After seeing SH river... i have reservation on SEG island unit... i suspect the canal will be like small longkang, which is very narrow.

Have not decide yet. The unit in Phase 2B only left few units and those are not my preference. May be wait for island unit. Anyway, not sure why still have some unit available, market slowdown, feng shui issue or may be too expensive.

SPS needs to build a wall along lingkaran putra to block the noise. Expect high tranffic in the future. I passed by on last sunday, quite a number of cars.
