The bungalows will face a nice park with back view of the waterway and water features in the lake

On the west side of the island, there will be a pedestrian bridge to link to the mainland

The lake water depth will be kept at no more than 2 or 3 meter otherwise the pump will disperse the excess water...so scare will have flood if drainage system no good like some of the Eco Setia Park experience

They already pre-amp flood issue by declaring that there will be a pump system to control the water level...

All eyes is now on dpulze mall n if the August opening materialised, that would be 4 months away only. Interesting to know the hotel occupancy of tunes n citadines...moreso Shaftesbury square is also offering short term stay n the marriott n Pullman at putrajaya do not seems to enjoy high occupancy with supposedly "support" from government agencies...would tourists on free n easy tour choose to stay in cyber currently without public transport or much attraction yet? Would u if u are a foreign tourist?

For me, IOI resort city mall would be a better shopping destination if staying in cyber unless u are rush for time or just want to have a meal n some groceries. It is like BSC vs midvalley...BSC has no departmental store n u can cover most shops in short time...

On holding power for landed, 3 to 5 years period is definitely not for every investor n becoz of the continuous supply of new landed plus current sub sale without very aggressive migration into cyber to be seen yet, the capital appreciation will be there but maybe not be very high until the whole cyber become more mature especially if one is entering landed at current price. I hate to imagine that most of the herd investors into cyber high rise now are more attracted to concept, rebates, freebies n could be investors without tested holding power

My 2 sen n stand to be corrected....

Less than RM100k for a china brand and RM1xxk for a western brand. But you need to pay for regular maintenance fee for the lift
