If remember correctly, it does not state in SPA, although the Eco Glades website does mention it.

80 feet buffer zone is not enough, sound barrier is quite important, the higher the better.

This kind of small money cannot save, else how coming launches going to BBB?

If Eco Glades wish to become like Desa ParkCity, it has to be extreme live-able. If > 70% people buying for own stay, it has high chance to hit > 2 times appreciation upon 2020, regardless of economy...

This happen to many project, building at a smaller land with bigger build up, selling at higher price will achieve higher profit margin.

Understand that Sales is one key important factor for a company. But to excel, the follow through is extreme important.

A simple example, many buyers signed the S & P, yet they have no idea when will receive the stamp copied. I have no issue on it, but it may be a concern to many.

Giving buyer confidence is top priority, to make sure future project BBB. Taking into consideration that many areas in Klang Valley has flood issue, how is Setia going to enginner & overcome such situation? Sharing is a must, not only about promotion & new launches. This is the way to make sure a quality product.

Bear in mind, nowadays many buyers are buying few properties, than just a single project. Do share online, the fastest & most effective way. Overall good work, keep it up!
