How u rate Setia?
Understand that Sales is one key important factor for a company. But to excel, the follow through is extreme important. A simple example, many buyers signed the S & P, yet they have no idea when will receive the stamp copied. I have no issue on it, but it may be a concern to many. Giving buyer confidence is top priority, to make sure future project BBB. Taking into consideration that many areas in Klang Valley has flood issue, how is Setia going to enginner & overcome such situation? Sharing is a must, not only about promotion & new launches. This is the way to make sure a quality product. Bear in mind, nowadays many buyers are buying few properties, than just a single project. Do share online, the fastest & most effective way.
