went o site visit SEG few days ago and noticed that the land clearing is in good progress.
The site elevation of SEG is approximately 1-2m above the lingkaran putrajaya which is a big plus!
79' long of land from your unit to perimeter fencing - a real advantage man!

Because its on strata, we will not be allowed to extend it out to the yard correct?
all renovations will be confined to internal.

I've got Huan xi too, but have no idea how to make another room out of it, plus i plan to keep the big backyard garden.

Sometimes really dun understand what's in the architect mind?
A million dollar house that has only 3 rooms?
Where should we keep the maid? Maybe buy her a camp so that she can stay at Liu Li Garden? hahaha.....

You can actually see the site elevation if drive along lingkaran putrajaya.
Plant more durians la (***** mt cat king haha) in your orchard garden to block the noise
