Changed my stock cooler (i5-3570K) to Noctua NH-U14S, my idle temp (no-OC) is 40 degree, is that okay guys? Or should it be lower?

Hi my new Nh-D15, bought one from hikari85, not bad the service
here is the picture, Compare to the TD-03, the most different is the noise..., Noctua is silent, temperature just about 8 degree different. My D15 temperature when OC my 2700K to 4.5Ghz Compare to my silverstone TD-03 AIO water cooler This post has been edited by hotwebs: Oct 4 2014, 09:50 AM |

I'm getting an NH-D14. The spec sheet says that my case has a maximum cpu cooler height of 163mm, while the specs from the Noctua page says it's maxiumum height with fans installed is 160mm. It should fit right?

got myself D15 after reading lots of review....totally no regret....what a beast.... the only small negative point is due to the big size...it will block most of the view of my motherboard... haha... but performance wise, it is really silent and does the job very well....
