Read the entire buyers comments for the seller. The item does get shipped to MYS. Its 10USD.
Additionally, you can contact the buyer with your question. Thus far , myself dealing in eBay never had issue.

I always look for Top Seller's.

I won a gift that sent with USPS First Class Mail International, it never arrive... for months. if you read the ebay forums you will find a lot of buyers have problem with USPS First Class Mail International once its arrived at Malaysia, simply because Pos Malaysia do not have a good system and work flow to handle the parcels.

Many sellers do not ship to Malaysia due to high rate of missing parcels when using cheaper delivery methods.

First class by name only, I have had a few parcels lost using this method. Global priority is better, and if the seller is good they will not rip you off since there's a standard global priority envelope which costs $15 to send to Malaysia regardless of the weight.

Just sharing my recent purchase from ebay via paypal and the parcel was shipped from US via USPS First Class Mail International.

I am a bit concern after reading parcel being lost. As shipping by USPS First Class Mail International is just like shipping standard mail (no need acknowlegement whatsoever) chances of getting lost is high (imo). I just keep my fingers crossed as the parcel had already been shipped.

My purchase was done on 20/02/2011 and seller update status shipped on 21/02/2011. In fact i was surprised to receive my parcel today 4/3/2011 which was just 14 days end-to-end and in good condition. thumbup.gif

Hi..just sharing my experience with USPS First Class International shipping method. I've used this type of shipping 2 times from Ebay seller in the US..both items are relatively small and did not weigh a lot.. both items turns up in my mailbox within 2-3 weeks time..best bet for shipping an expensive item would be the priority mail or the express mail since it has tracking number and insurance..USPS is slow in updating the tracking info..

Guess I'm lucky to not have any problem with USPS or any courier before. if the item is over RM700, it is best to ship via courier with insurance. sometimes USPS arrives 1 week, sometimes 3 weeks. I personally can't recommend any courier without insurance. I'm waiting for a parcel shipped via USPS worth usd$500. I'm a bit scared hehe

UPS/DHL cost a tonne. The difference between UPS/DHL and USPS is of course, the UPS/DHL is private courier company. More reliable but much more expensive. USPS is the main postal service in the US like our Pos Malaysia/Pos Laju.

Never had a problem with USPS except for that one time where my Priority International Express Mail took about two weeks instead of 5 - 7 days to reach my place. The tracking on the website was stuck for days before my item was finally "internationally dispatched" then took longer to arrive at custom. But overall, I can say USPS is pretty reliable for me so far. Sometimes, the first class can take up to 3 weeks, but usually arrives within 10 days (the speed is similar to Priority, lol but without tracking/insurance).

Recently, I noticed that even the first class mail can sorta be 'tracked'. The 'tracking' # usually starts with LN... LJ... LC.... the USPS website will write something like "Acceptance" or "Processed through Sort Facility..." then at least you know the seller did post out your item. There's no further detailed tracking though, until the item eventually shows up at your place.
