is USPS First Class Mail International safe, need advice

Just sharing my recent purchase from ebay via paypal and the parcel was shipped from US via USPS First Class Mail International.
I am a bit concern after reading parcel being lost. As shipping by USPS First Class Mail International is just like shipping standard mail (no need acknowlegement whatsoever) chances of getting lost is high (imo). I just keep my fingers crossed as the parcel had already been shipped. My purchase was done on 20/02/2011 and seller update status shipped on 21/02/2011. In fact i was surprised to receive my parcel today 4/3/2011 which was just 14 days end-to-end and in good condition.  |
