i only realized this 2 match ban for 10th card after Charlie Adams' suspension, and now Scholes.

1st 5 bookings [deadline 31 Dec 2010] = 1 match ban
Another 5 (total 10) [deadline 2nd Sunday of April 2011] = 2 match ban
Another 5 (total 15) = 3 match ban

and so on.
