idk about warranty detail.. but my friend told that the shop said no more warranty after mod..
but if still can claim warranty should be 7 months left..

btw.. what is/are the ps3 slim problem that need warranty claim?

then i got nothing to say..his item, his price..
he add 1tb Maxtor portable hdd and ask for 1050..
all the games are inside that hdd.. and the hdd got bad sector..

Yes. Can just buy laptop HDD and change it. But cannot swap between ps3's. It wont read, instead it ask to reformat.

yess....u can use any laptop (2.5mm) HDD..but not more than 750gb since 1TB is thicker (unless they have reduce the size)
