Is there a place to buy good safety razors at walk-in stores around? I just went to find some at a guardian and a pharmacy but couldn't find one. Is buying online the only way to go? something around Rm 30-50.

Just bought some cheap gillette plastic safety razor to try for fun and I accidentally cut my finger trying to put the blade in. Great. Is there any dull part of the blade I should be holding instead?
