aiya sifooo.... i already bought new high performance ram, and change cpu cooler. but when i increase my fsb by 3, my pc wont start...until i reset the bios (by turn on while holding insert button). why it happens??? this thing make me confuse  by the way im still using pentium 4 ht (prescott) and gigabyte GA-8I945P-G mobo.... 
Added on January 8, 2009, 11:37 ami think i already found out the coz of my prob..... when i start my pc, nothing displayed on my monitor.  the problem is my ram. after i take off 1 of them (4gb kit runs at dual channel), it went back to normal.  so right now im using onli 1 piece of ram..... did somebody know how to solve this??? owh...my bad. i already change my ram to crucial performance ram. but i let them work at stock vdimm  forgot to increase vdimm to 2.0v. hehe  (just figured it out yesterday...) |

i see my cpu-z, the multiplier change from 6 to 8.hate this becoz it make my proc go to 2.4ghz whicich mean i underclock my proc.weird or any setting to be play?already set the ratio at bios to 8

I dont think any problem, becos mine 4870 oc n using default cooler for nine months already so far no problem except u wont be comfortable when u look at the temp that worry u.

1 question bout oc here.as we all noe before oc we have to disable some functions like EIST,C1E,C1A2 for stability.but after we have done overclocking or reach a stable peak,is it ok to enable back all the functions?

oledi oc my pc but it restart by itself...why?spec like my sig
only increase vdimm to 2.0v and oc proc from 1.86ghz to 2.1ghz.up vcore to 1.4v...not enough voltage?
