 help me with weight gainer intake, ON serious mass

u can start slow.
but for me myself i think it is better for you to divide the portion over more meal times, as even if taking the whole junk will literally results in calories surplus, maybe your rate of absorption is not that fast enough. Your digestion system is not a ferrari, especially if you are just starting hi-calories diet

spread your intake to at least 6 meals. i believe you will be better off

my meals for ON S.mass...
1 scoop 1 hour before workout
1scoop 1 hour before sleep

this kind of routine really work...
i gain 10kg of muscle and weight within 3 month..
this is what my instructor suggest..

condense milk? doh.gif of coz not.

u can use powder milk or fresh milk or rtd milk.
i use HL milk...easy,tasty

spread it to 4 times. take it between breakfast n lunch, between lunch n dinner, after workout, before bed.

for maximum effect, mix 500 ml full cream milk per time. 4x500 gives u 2litre, which provide 1200+ kcal. with another 1250cal of serious mass makes up 2400+ kcal, which is nice for gaining weight. eat more carbs shud give u around 3500 kcal per day. i just started this last week n i gained 4kg this week. but beware of the side effects though (gassy stomach, diarrhea)

hi there...im a newcomer here...like TS, i just started on serious mass supplementation...so far, my routine is i take 4 scoops per day: 1 scoop btwn breakfast and lunch, 1 scoop btwn lunch and dinner, 1 scoop after workout and 1 scoop before bed...4 scoops mean 2 servings, am i right? is this routine a correct way for me to gain weight?

plus, can someone share on the workout routine to help in gaining lean mass? im not good in planning my workout...thanks a lot for helping...

yup the serving size written on the package is 2 scoops. you can take a half scoop before working out smile.gif
as for the workout routines, you can look for them in the sticky post smile.gif

lol kinda like same for me.. but mine is a lil different.. i feel dizzy and sometimes feel like vomiting.. i think its the extra calories effect blink.gif
